Order Processing & Cancellation Policy
All Iron-Saddle are made-to-order, ensuring exclusivity and premium craftsmanship. Once your order is placed, production begins immediately.
Because each piece is customized:
- Orders cannot be cancelled once production starts
- Refund requests are not accepted during production
This allows us to maintain the highest quality standards for every jacket we create.
Refund Policy – Eligibility & Timeline
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
How refunds work:
- Submit your return request within 30 days of delivery
- Once we receive and inspect the item:
- 15–20 business days for processing
- Up to 30 days for the refund to appear in your account
All refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Size Guarantee & Product Accuracy
At Iron-Saddle, we follow strict sizing standards. If your jacket does not match the measurements selected from our size guide, you may be eligible for:
- Free replacement, or
- Full refund (after verification)
Important Note on Colors
Due to lighting, screen resolution, and photography:
- Slight color or texture variations may occur
- These differences are normal and not considered defects
Refund Amounts, Shipping & Store Credit
Approved refunds will include:
- Full product price
- Applicable taxes
Please note:
- Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund
- If you choose store credit, you will receive 100% of the product value (no deductions)
Exchanges & Size-Related Returns
Since we confirm sizing before production:
- Full refunds for size issues are not guaranteed
However, we do offer easy exchanges:
- Customers cover return shipping
- Customers pay for the re-shipping of the new item
This ensures you still get the perfect fit without losing your purchase value.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we’ve got you covered.
